This is totally cool to me!

This is a very worthwhile app.  I am running it on a 3g 8gig iPhone, just updated to the OS 3.0 before I bought this app.  Everything works great.  I love the way you can add all the custom plants you want!!!   We have some corn at 78 days and some 60 day corn.

Suggestions:
  • To be able to link the Journal to the actual plant in my garden, (some journal entries need to be general still)  but to be able to link them to a plant if you want and then when you pull up that plant you can look and see all the journal entries that pertain to that plant.  Cool and maybe even let a journal entry be linked to more than one plant at a time.
  • To be able to email a report, and in that report have all the information about every plant included, and under each plant type, a list of the journal entries that go with it.
  • The TO-DO list is nice and simple, I have been looking at many of them on the store, the one that i think is closest to the idea I had in mind is called:  iDo      You may want to get some ideas from him.
  • Does your app come up with notifications when the plant is ready to harvest?

Thanks Again,
Jer

Excellent app, I love it!

A couple of suggestions -
1. Ability to export data to Google spreadsheet or CSV or whatever. So we can record how crops went year on year.
2. Ability to add a short description in 'My Garden'. E.g. Onions, I have brown and red, but I can't tell which is which in my list of crops, unless I add another plant - which I really don't want to.
3. Assign items in the 'To do List' and 'Journal' to a particular crop.

Cheers
